Aromatherapy massage
A relaxing body massage tailor made to the individual, is a natural way to relieve tension and stress as well as alleviate the symptoms of a number of medical conditions. A blend of pure essential oils obtained from plants are created for your own needs and applied to parts of the body. The oils penetrate the skin and are absorbed into the body and bloodstream to work internally, with every oil having its own curative effect. But by aroma alone there is an immediate effect on the brain by clearing the head of stress, to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and ready for anything!

Deep tissue massage
Deep Tissue Massage is useful for anyone who suffers with muscular tension and is a useful adjunct to Osteopathic treatment. It is particularly suitable for runners, triathletes or anyone who regularly partakes in sports and exercise.
Muscular tension is often a precursor to other injuries. Your body will compensate for initial problems by altering your posture and gait to reduce the tensions through the body. This will continue to happen until your body can no longer cope and acute injury occurs.
Increasing blood flow through the tissues can improve the recovery process allowing the athlete to train more effectively and safely.
